1. Return and Refund Policy 

30-Day Refund Guarantee

Within 30 days from the date of shipping, undamaged products can be returned and refunded for any reason. Once your product is received at our warehouse and inspected, the refund process will commence.

Non-Quality Related Issues:

  • All returns must include all accessories and any promotional gifts originally included. If only a portion of the product(s) is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly based on the promotional pricing.

  • The returned item must be in its original packaging.

  • For non-quality related issues and compatibility concerns, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

  • Refunds for non-quality related issues will cover the cost of the product itself.

  • Returns or refunds may be declined if products do not meet the above requirements.

  • Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for products beyond the 30-day validity period. Customers who did not purchase directly from the HomeModrn online store should contact their retailer for refunds or warranty claims.

Quality Related Issues:

  • Products purchased directly from our online store are eligible for a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Customers should confirm product compatibility before purchase. Refunds may not be available if compatibility is confirmed before purchase.

  • Quality-related warranty claims may result in the replacement of the product with a new one or a partial refund based on usage time if replacement is not possible.

Starting a Claim:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • We reserve the right to request recordings of troubleshooting activities.

  • Serial numbers and visible evidence of defects may be required.

  • Products may need to be returned for quality inspection.

  • Warranty for replacement products will be invalidated if the wrong product is returned or if the defective product is not returned.

Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in scenarios including returning a product for reasons other than confirmed defects, unexpected returns, returning personal items, and items claimed to be defective but found to be in working condition upon inspection.

  • Expenses related to unauthorized returns or instances not covered by warranty are also the buyer's responsibility.

Instances Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase, lost or stolen items, items beyond the warranty period, non-quality related issues after the 30-day refund period, free gifts, items damaged through third-party repairs, and damage caused by external sources or misuse are not covered.

  • We do not assume responsibility for data loss resulting from product use or any personal items shipped to us, whether intentionally by the shipper or otherwise.

Transportation Damage:

  • For returns due to non-quality related issues, buyers assume responsibility for any damage or loss occurring during transportation. We do not issue refunds for items damaged during transportation related to non-quality warranty claims.

Events and Promotions:

  • If a refund for a purchase during an event or promotion exceeds 75% of the total order amount, any included gift must also be returned. Failure to return the gift will result in a deduction from the refund value based on the discounted price of the gift during the promotion.

2. Cancellation Policy

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us promptly via email, phone, or live chat within 2 business days. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will initiate your refund upon receiving your cancellation request. Please note, this refund process may take 1-2 business days.

If your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel, we will make efforts to request the courier to return the package to us. However, this is handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

If the order is successfully returned to us, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days from the return date. If you are unable to recall the order, please refuse to accept it upon delivery. Please be aware that if a product has been opened, we cannot issue a full refund. Once we confirm that the package is in transit back to us, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.

Please note: After we issue your refund, your financial institution may take an additional 3-7 business days to complete the refund process.

3. Return and Refund Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange under the specified circumstances, please provide the following information to contact us. We typically process return and exchange requests within 1-2 business days:

  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Video/photo evidence

Please provide clear reasons and visual documentation to facilitate your return/exchange process.

Once your eligibility for return or exchange is confirmed, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Customers are required to provide a tracking number when shipping products back to us.

Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, we will initiate your refund within 1-2 business days.

Please note: The duration for products to reach our warehouse can vary and may take up to one month. Our warehouse processes returns biweekly and is located in the United States. If your return is not processed within your expected timeframe, we kindly request your patience as we expedite the handling of your return.
