Our warranty policy covers HomeModrn products purchased exclusively through our official store. Products bought from other platforms or channels should be addressed directly with the respective platform for support.
All purchases made from our official store include a 1-year warranty valid from the date of receipt. If your product experiences failure or defects unrelated to human factors within this period, please contact us at support@homemodrn.com so we can assist you accordingly.
You will need to provide the following to be eligible:

- If you have a registered HomeModrn account, you can locate your order information in the order history section of your account.
- If you do not have a registered HomeModrn account, please refer to the email used for placing the order and find your order confirmation letter.
